Promoting Supply Chain Transparency and Accountability

In a globalised world, supply chains are becoming increasingly complex and fragmented, making it harder for
companies to identify and address worker exploitation. At IN2, we believe the key to protecting workers is by
establishing open communication between companies and workers at every level of the production process.

That is why we created a unique platform — a discrete whistleblowing service — that allows companies to hear directly
from workers at the earliest stages of supply chains. Through this platform, we have brought to light issues such as
wage theft and wrongful termination, particularly for vulnerable groups like refugees working on the legal fringes.
As a result, companies have implemented on-site audits to identify and stop labour malpractices, hold their
third-party operators to account, and make sure their workers’ needs are met. In 2022 this project was a finalist in
the World Justice Challenge.
