IN2 at Expo Doha 2023, Securing New Partnerships and Future Opportunities
At Expo Doha 2023, IN2 had the opportunity to showcase its cutting-edge solutions to key stakeholders in the food security sector, positioning itself as a leader in innovation and future-focused technology. Originally scheduled to present our Virtual Reality (VR) technology on February 14th, an unexpected turn of events led to extended opportunities and deeper engagement with influential decision-makers.
Unexpected Turn & Valuable Connections:
The expo, which runs until March 2024, initially encountered lower visitor numbers on arrival. While early visitor numbers were lower than expected, the Iraqi National Day celebrations on February 15th sparked a surge in interest, leading to exciting new opportunities. The Iraqi delegation was particularly impressed by IN2's VR technology, which offers immersive solutions for visualising complex agricultural data and decision-making processes, captivating the Iraqi delegation, and opening new possibilities for collaboration. And requested an extended stay to meet with key visitors and engage in further discussions.
During this extended stay, IN2 was privileged to present to the General Commissioner of Expo Doha 2023 Mr. Bader Omar Al Dafa, sparking valuable conversation around media and communication needs. The Iraqi Ambassador to Qatar also experienced IN2's VR firsthand and explored potential collaborations.

Engaging Discussions & Future Collaborations:
On February 18th, IN2 took part in a roundtable discussion with the Iraqi delegation, where we proposed ideas to boost the presence of Iraq at Expo Japan 2025. IN2’s expertise in media, visualisation, and innovation aligned well with the delegation’s vision, paving the way for continued conversations on future partnerships. This engagement highlighted the potential for leveraging VR technology to address regional challenges and enhance communication strategies.
